Strengthen your Power Platform with clear, actionable security and governance.
Participants will review their existing environment setup, inventory current assets (apps, flows, connections), identify risks, and design a governance model covering environment strategy, data protection, and monitoring.
By the end of the workshop, attendees will have a clear roadmap for strengthening security posture and implementing governance guardrails that scale.
Baseline assessment and discovery
Review your organisation’s current Power Platform setup – including environments, DLP configuration, admin roles, connectors, and assets such as apps, flows, and connections. Identify risks, compliance exposures, and areas requiring remediation.
Securing the Platform
Define environment strategy, admin and maker roles, and connector access models. Protect the default environment, apply structured DLP controls, and align policies to business data risk.
Governance framework design
Build a governance framework based on the four Microsoft-aligned pillars – Secure, Manage, Monitor, and Alert. Establish standards for environment management, ownership, and app lifecycle processes.
Monitoring and operational control
Implement proactive monitoring, auditing, and alerting through the Power Platform Admin Centre, CoE Starter Kit, PowerShell, and Microsoft Purview. Establish visibility and accountability across environments.
Roadmap and next steps
Review findings, define measurable governance objectives, and create a roadmap for ongoing improvement – including quarterly review cycles, stakeholder engagement, and CoE integration.
